Refresh Issues/Stuck in a Loop
If you are attempting to use the links below the username and password boxes but the website is just refreshing, this is due to your web browser saving your cookies and cache.
Cookies are files created by sites you visit, and they save your browsing data.
Your cache remembers parts of pages, like images, to help them open faster during your next visit.
There are a few different ways to try and rectify this issue:
Try and use incognito mode/private browsing for your selected web browser
Google the steps on how to clear your cache and cookies for your selected web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox)
You may need to completely close down the web browser and navigate to the ERPFMSS site again.
Try and use a different device/web browser
